The Treehouse Cafe is in the heart of Edinburgh, found at the end of the Meadows in Tollcross. They specialise in fluffy pancakes, seriously good coffee and locally sourced tea. The new owner of the Treehouse Cafe found a neglected premises, despite its long standing existence and notorious hangover-cure breakfasts.
